We install or reinstall WordPress for you at any time, in line with WordPress security and configuration best practice!
Dedicated one-to-one WordPress support
Do you value real human support that doesn’t read from a script and lets you enjoy your site whatever happens?

Here, we go even further by offering our WordPress expertise: helping you debug your site, assisting you with logging in to the back office if you lose access, and guiding you in using WordPress. Please note that this is technical support and does not include customising your site — nobody is better placed to do that than the site owner! We will, however, always guide you as far as possible towards a solution to your problem.
Automatic or on-demand updates
No more worrying about updates!
We set up daily updates for all the wordpress.org scripts on your site: WordPress core, themes and plugins.
This ensures optimal performance and security.
We also regularly upgrade the domain’s PHP version and the server’s MySQL/MariaDB version so that you benefit from all the latest optimisations and features.
If you would rather not have automatic updates, we can also carry out updates on request.

No problem — we raise those well-known values:
- memory_limit = 256M
- max_input_time & max_execution_time = 120s by default and up to 300s if needed
- max_input_vars = as many as necessary
Sending e-mail via SMTP

We configure WordPress to send e-mail via SMTP from HaiSoft’s servers, so that every e-mail sent by your site benefits from optimal deliverability.
Hardening and security audits
Enjoy exemplary security!
We check 21 technical security points on your WordPress instance. In addition, your site’s files are scanned once a week to make sure no infected files are present.
On request, we can also carry out security audits, that is, vulnerability and penetration tests on your WordPress site.
We then produce a personalised security report setting out precisely how to remedy any vulnerabilities on your site. This can be useful periodically, or especially after a redesign of your site.
Backups and restores included
Benefit from our daily backups!
We back up your site daily and incrementally to our backup server. These backups are kept for 3 to 6 months. So if anything goes wrong with your site, we have one backup per day for 10 days, then one per week for the last 30 days, and one per month for 3 to 6 months, which we can restore on request, free of charge.
