A remote-access VPN is an encrypted connection that lets a member of staff connect to the server from anywhere, as if they were in the office. 2 remote-access VPN accounts are included in every plan; additional accounts can be added.
Yes. HaiSoft can set up a site-to-site VPN, which permanently connects your office network to your Windows virtual server.
Yes. Remote Desktop (RDS) is available: your users log on to the Windows server and work there just as they would on their own computer. RDS licences are included.
HaiSoft management includes Windows Server installation, monitoring of the main services every 5 to 15 minutes, security updates, a hardware guarantee, a network connection guarantee and technical support. Installation of business software is carried out on a quote basis.
